In a Team of 3, 5 Rounds:

Partner 1: 2 Minute AMRAP:

  • 21 Goblet Squats

  • 15 Handstand Push Ups

  • 9 Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch each arm

Partner 2:

  • 2 Minute Max Calorie on any machine (row/bike)

Partner 3:

  • 2 Minute Rest

*In a team of 3, alternate through these stations every 2 minutes.
