We will be starting our switch to Wodify on Monday (still sign into MindBody for next week). You should have received an email tonight that prompted you to sign your waiver electronically. On Monday, you will receive a second email with details of what you need to do to finish setting up your account and information on how we are transitioning our billing. If you have any questions, concerns or need help with getting set up, please see Coach Kori or Coach Steph.

With a Partner, 20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 4x 200m Run (2 Runs Each)

  • 100 Power Cleans

  • 4x 200m Run (2 Runs Each)

  • 100 Front Squats
