Wednesday 5/16 WOD
Memorial Day "Murph" will be Monday, 5/28 at 9AM! This will be our only class that day so come on out and start your Memorial Day off with a great workout! For those who have not done "Murph" it is a hero WOD to honor Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.
