Wednesday 5/2 WOD
We are starting off the month with a girl WOD to test your fitness. If you have not been recording your scores, now is a good time to start! Also, don't forget to update your goals!
101 starts Monday! It's Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:30-7:30pm for two weeks then unlimited classes for the rest of the month! $149 for the month and that includes a consultation with a coach to discuss your goals. If you know someone who is interested have them contact Coach Steph or Kori for more information. Full time students can do the 101 for $50 then sign up for the rest of summer for $149.
