It's the last Saturday to bring a friend and get that BINGO square marked off!

We are doing Partner CINDY!


5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

Meanwhile, partner 2 runs 400 meters. When the partner 2 finishes the run, the partners switch with partner 2 picking up where partner 1 left off in the Cindy AMRAP.

Score = total rounds of Cindy.

The movements above can be scaled for any fitness level.
