Monday 12/5 WOD

This week starts our next 101 class. If you see new athletes welcome them to our CFG family! 101 starts at 6:30PM promptly so if you know anyone interested have them show up a little before so we can get them registered.

Sunday 12/11 we are going to have the "12 Days of Christmas" WOD! We are going to go to The Wild Horse Saloon after for breakfast if you want to join. Please RSVP for breakfast on Facebook or let Coach Steph or Coach Kori know so we can make reservations.
