Monday 4/30 WOD

It's a double Metcon kind of Monday!  I can't think of a better way to start the week! 

 

Our full time high school and college student (13-22 years old) special returns this summer!  Sign up for 101 in May or June for $50, then get unlimited classes in June, July and August for $149.  101 starts May 7th and June 4th.  We are also having an additional 101 class June 18-22 at 10:30am.  Current athletes can take advantage of the $149 special for June-August.  

 

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 15/12 Calorie Bike

  • 5 Muscle ups 

Rest 5 Minutes

 

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Hang Snatch

  • 5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
