If you plan on doing 18.1 anytime Monday make sure you get with a coach so you have a judge lined up.  All athletes must submit their scores by 8pm.  

 

Metcon:

 

Partner WOD-

4 Rounds for Time:

  • 500m Row

  • 25 Wall Ball

  • Rest while partner goes

 

Strength:

     Deadlift
