With the cold and flu season here, please remember to wipe down your equipment after use. We also have hand sanitizer by the door for everyone to use. We appreciate your help with this so we can all stay healthy!

Strength:

Power Clean + Push Jerk

Metcon:

Lurong “Chipper with a Cherry” WOD

In 7 minutes complete as many rounds and reps of:

• 30 Deadlifts

• 60 Wall balls

• 90 Double Under/Singles

Then with and remaining time complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of:

• Bar Muscle Ups/Pull Up/Ring Row
