We have teams competing at GANGS this weekend! Coach Steph and Brandi are competing Saturday and we have 3 teams competing Sunday! Come out and show your support!

20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 200m Run

  • 8 Strict Pull Ups

  • 16 Push Press

  • 32 Double Unders

PR on a back squat! So proud of Joseph for all the hard work him and his mamma have been putting in! We love having them as part of the CFG family and can't wait to see all their future PR's!! Keep up the great work!
