Friday 9/29 WOD

Another week is almost over! Last chance to get in a workout for the month of September! Remember to check off your goals on the goal board if you achieved them and start thinking of what you want to achieve in October! No excuses!

Workout:

1,500m x 3 Rounds, With a partner

*1:00 Rest Between Rounds

Teams of 2 will alternate in increments of 250m on the rower (3 times rowed each person per 1,500m). While the partner isn’t on the rower, they are doing max reps wall balls.

Score = total time for 1,500m and total wall balls
