Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Lift UP Autism WOD! We had a great turnout!

September is almost over so remember to get in so you can hit your goals for the month!

  • 4 Weighted Strict Pull Ups

  • 6 Strict Handstand Push Ups

  • 12/10 Calorie Assault Bike

  • *Rest 1:00 after each round if you are alone, or alternate rounds with a partner!
