It's team WOD Saturday! Bring a friend to try CrossFit and have them as part of your team!

Bring an extra pair of shoes if you want to run in the rain! You can always row or airdyne.

For Time:

In a Team of 3,

Run 1 Mile (Together)

Then, 3 Rounds (each teammate does 3 rounds)-

30 Box Jumps

30 Hang Power Cleans

20 Wall Ball

Then,

Run 1 Mile (Together)
