Monday 2/13 WOD

The first WOD of the 2017 Open will be released in 10 days!  Register now!!  We will have a Meat and Greet Friday the 24th after everyone completes the first Open workout!  Sign up at the box and plan to bring a Paleo side to share!  We look forward to hanging out with everyone!
