Tuesday 11/29 WOD

Our Community WOD is this Saturday at 9AM.  Bring a friend and show them what CrossFit is about, hint... it will be a partner WOD! Regular class at 8AM.  

 

Those legs should be feeling good after heavy back squats and thrusters!

     Push Jerk

AMRAP 15:

  • 4 hang power snatches

  • 4 bar muscle ups

  • run 200m
