Our Thanksgiving schedule is posted at the box. There will be no 6:30pm Wednesday, no class Thursday, and 9:00am and 4:30pm only Friday.

Spread the word that our next Community Workout is Saturday, December 3. We are going to have normal class that day at 8am and the community workout after at 9am. 101 starts December 5th.
