Monday 8/20 WOD

We look forward to seeing everyone at the box starting their week off right!  CrossFit Kids will start back up mid-September.  More information will be posted regarding exact dates and times.

 

WODIFY Update - You should receive an email today so you can update your password and log into your account.  You can download the Wodify app and you will be able to reserve your spot in class from there and post your WOD scores.  If you do not receive an email, let Kori or Steph know.

 

When you get to the box, we are asking all athletes to sign into WODIFY at the Kiosk (TV's).  Once you get the app up and running you will be able to reserve your spot in class and then also check in when you get to the box.
