Don't forget this Sunday is Paddle Yoga.  We are meeting at the end of John's Point Rd. at the canoe/kayak launch at 8:30.  There are still a few spots left so get registered now!

18 Minute Alternating EMOM:

  • 12/10 Calorie Bike or Row

  • 30 Double Unders

  • 12 Toes to Bar
