Thursday 3/8 WOD

It's almost time for 18.3!  Who has their neon ready?!?  Also, Kids Bootcamp starts Saturday at 10:15.  Please let Coach Steph or Kori know if your child plans on attending so we can plan accordingly.  If you have not registered them on Mindbody the easiest way is to use a different email than yours so you can create their own log in information.  

 

Metcon:

 

Every 1 Minute for 20 Minutes, alternating between:

  • 10 Burpees

  • 5 Power Cleans & Jerks

  • 12/10 cal Row

  • 50 Double Unders
