Person 1: Max Rounds of “Cindy”

  • 5 Pull Ups

  • 10 Push Ups

  • 15 Air Squats

Person 2: 400m

  • (50m Farmers Carry/ 300m Run/ 50m Farmers Carry)

Person 3: Rest
