Thursday 2/15 WOD

We hope everyone had a nice Valentines Day and didn't eat too much sugar!

Tomorrow is a longer Metcon. The idea is to go hard each round knowing you will have rest built in.

Every 3 Minutes for 24 Minutes (8 Rounds):

  • 10 Burpees

  • 3 Muscle Ups

  • 10/8 Calorie Assault Bike
