"Tis the season!  Make sure during this busy time of year to make time for yourself.  Don't let your goals slip away!  Keep working on those December goals becaseu there are only a few days left!

 

Updated Friday Schedule:

We will have our 5:15, 9:30, and 5:30 classes.  Dress in your Christmas colors and be ready for the "12 Days of Christmas" WOD!

 

Every 3 Minutes for 21 Minutes (7 Rounds):

  • 200m Run

  • 10 Handstand Push Ups

  • 5 Power Snatch
