Monday 8/28 WOD

Schedule Change - With school starting we are going to move the 5:30AM up to 5:15 so members can get out a few minutes earlier.  This change will start Tuesday, September 5th.  

 

Labor Day Monday - 9AM Class only!  Come in and start the week out strong!

 

Our next 101 will start Monday, 9/11.
