Make sure you are prepared to go outside today!

 

Metcon 1:

FT:

  • 50 wall balls 

  • 35/25 cals bike or row

  • 15 squat snatch

 

Rest:

 

Metcon 2:

4 RFT:

  • run 400m

  • 12 deadlift

  • Rest 90 sec.
